Using the labyrinth as a model for labor, this class helps parents draw and trace their own labyrinth—building a felt, body-level sense of how to move through uncertainty, disorientation, and determination, so they're ready to do the same in birth. The path in mirrors labor's approach to meeting your baby; the path out mirrors the journey through postpartum—making the labyrinth a tool for both.

Thriving After Birth is a one-day retreat thoughtfully created for expecting mothers in their second or third trimester. Come prepare for life after birth with confidence, community, and care.

Led by local postpartum experts, this small-group retreat blends real-life insights, movement, nourishing meals, and hands-on planning to help you feel grounded—not blindsided—in early motherhood.
